The room I got was well furnished with unused pillows as well as tea. The location was excellent and nice, adjacent to the nearby Castle Gruyere and HR Giger Museum and Bulle and a residential area.

Location: the hotel was not far from Montreux, Cheese and Chocolate Factories, and the outskirts of the town. There was Subway nearby, offering quick meals.

We had a very quiet and comfortable stay at Ibis. The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was also convenient for exploring the surrounding area by car. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The hotel was on par with the Ibis standard: clean room, cozy but simple and it was noise free. The options for snacks were not plenty but the food was good. For us it was good to rest there after long days of sight seeing.

Although it was okay for us to walk, there were no buses that could take us from the train station to the hotel front door and vice versa. So, depending on the weather conditions it might be hard for some people to stay there without a car. Make sure to look in the map to see if it fits your location needs if you are travelling by public transportation.

The location is just beside the Highway. Quick entry quick exit to Highway.Walkable distance to the city center.

While check in, they asked me for a passport. Since i am local visitor , i always carry my Swiss identity card which they questioned. By experience all the hotels in Switzerland accepts the Swiss residency Permit as an identification document ! I know it being a Hotel Mgt student in past.

Good value for your money, there rooms are very clean and the staff is always polite. The location was also nice, on the outskirts of Bulle, a small, sleepy town close to the tourist-ridden Gruyéres.

The downside of living of the outskirts of the town is that it is some way to walk from the few restaurants in the town, about a kilometer or so. The hotel had free Wifi in the lobby, but if you wanted it in the room you had to pay for it. A bit annoying.

The hotel is located quite far away from centre of Bulle and this annoying a little bit.

We greatly enjoyed this brand-new hotel, nothing to complain about. The venue was in a strategic location, to a boulangerie or croissanterie. Besides, it was adjacent to a residential area of Bulle and the nearby Castle Gruyere and HR Giger Museum and train station and old town.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Gruyère. the location is superb, nestled in a quiet rural area with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. It really provided that tranquil escape I was looking for. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always there to assist with any requests. And thirdly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that guarantee a great night's sleep. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the unused pillows to the Ibis style decor that added a touch of modernity.

Nothing to complain about, all was just perfect.

Good location near motorway. OK for overnight sleep.

Slow and annoying check-in, especially when you just want to sleep one night after long drive.
